Thembi Mona

East London's own Thembi Mona is a testament to music's healing power. Raised on a family farm, she juggled multiple jobs after college to build a better life for her family. Music kept her afloat, and in 2015, a stable job gave her the wings to fly. From backing vocals to her 2020 debut EP "Oluhambo Lwam Lude," every note reflects her journey. Her radio hit "Loyiso" opened doors, leading to gigs and collaborations. Now, Johannesburg lights ignite her next chapter: TV debut on Massiv Music and fresh tunes echoing from the studio.
