Umzila is a new Dance work. The story is about a man who acknowledges and accepts the path that will lead him on a journey in search of a traditional bag (itasi) that was left by his great grandfather, who, within the family, no one wanted to accept. The reluctance to accept this bag brought separation and havoc within the family. He believes accepting this bag will bring light, peace and heal his broken family. This work is performed by 6 people, 2 dancers and 4 live musicians.
