About the Artists

Afrotronixx is a live band and producer comprised of four brothers based in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. Originally hailing from Cote d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), the band plays and produces the most original blend of hip hop, dancehall, afrobeats, and soul. Afrotronixx's music brings influences from around the world but remains strongly afro-centered.

The music journey in Port Elizabeth started in 2016 after the band had traveled and performed in different countries throughout Africa and the world, including Senegal, Cape Verde, Ghana, Benin, and the US. From then on, the band went on to perform around the bay and further afield. Afrotronixx has graced events such as the Cape Recife Festival, Happy Valley Festival, Foodtruck Friday, Richmond Hill Street Music Festival, and many others, including events in association with the municipality and the Nelson Mandela Bay Development Agency.
